Returns

We hope you love your order, however if there are any issues with your order we will of course resolve them as soon as possible. Please email meltsbybecky@hotmail.com with any refund or returns enquiries.

Refund policy

We're convinced that you'll absolutely love our products, however if you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of making a purchase.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require your order number or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the proof of purchase, we can not issue a refund.

 

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

• Sample boxes as these are custom made products.
• Items that have been used or partially used.
• Items that you don't like the scent of. 
• Products that were included in a sale.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.

GIFT CARDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY ORDERS RETURNED TO US VIA ROYAL MAIL DUE TO NON COLLECTION. IF A GIFT CARD IS ISSUED AND YOU WANT TO REPAY POSTAGE FOR THE ITEMS AND DO NOT PAY YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
